Trimos, Mitutoyo & Teclock instruments, surface plates and roughness comparators; CMM & contour at a nearby facility.
Dedicated deburring and finishing line so every part ships clean, accurate and presentation-ready.
Our Journey
Established a 300 m² manufacturing facility — started with 1 CNC turning centre and 1 VMC.
Added 3 turning centres and 1 VMC; achieved ISO 9001 certification. Capacity at 4 turning + 2 VMC.
Added a VMC, Mastercam programming and Trimos metrology. Capacity at 4 turning + 3 VMC.
Shifted to a 750 m² facility and added a turning centre. Capacity at 5 turning + 3 VMC.
Added 1 VMC and 3 turning centres — reaching 8 turning + 4 VMC.
Planned expansion of 2 more turning centres and 2 more VMCs to meet growing demand.

Quality & Metrology
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, every job is backed by documented process control and a fully-equipped inspection room. Critical CMM and contour measurement is carried out at a nearby facility.
Vernier calipers, height gauges, angle & radius gauges and magnetic dial stands complete the inspection set.
